Had wonderful stay, thank you very much for everything, I would stay there again. The location was nice, short walk to the wonderful neighborhoods as well as the food market. In fact, it was located next to river side. It was right by Black Cowboy, just 15 minutes walk. The breakfast was good and there was a great selection of food.

I gotta say, the value for money at this place was amazing. The room was clean, comfy, and had really nice furniture. Plus, the location right by the river was perfect and there were so many great bars and restaurants nearby. And the staff? Man, they treated us like family. They were very good too make sure we had everything we needed, even arranging a motorbike for us and giving us a free tour. Definitely recommend!

I recently stayed at Kanecha's Home for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The owner, Miss Som Oo, made me feel like a special guest and her father even picked me up from the airport. The rooms were unique and fully equipped with everything I needed, including powerful wifi and quiet air conditioning. The garden and riverside location were beautiful, and I enjoyed cooking my own breakfast while listening to birds and watching fishermen. The hotel's location was convenient and they even provided bicycles for exploring the city.
I do recommend this hotel.

The rooms at Kanecha's Home in Lampang were so comfortable and cozy, I felt right at home. The seating area was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring. I loved that all the guestrooms had air conditioning and free WiFi. It made it so convenient to stay connected and beat the heat. The private bathrooms were clean and the showers had complimentary toiletries. It was nice to have everything I needed right there. The double room I stayed in had a beautiful garden view, and the villa had a lovely balcony. It was the perfect setting to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening. I appreciated the little details like the free bottled water, slippers, and hair dryer. It made my stay even more comfortable.
Personally, I would have liked a larger TV in the room. But hey, that's just my preference!

I had the most charming and family-like riverside homestay experience at a cozy place. When I completed my reservation, the owner reached out to ask if I needed transportation from the airport. Her father kindly picked me up and made me feel like a special guest. The rooms were surrounded by teak and papaya trees in a beautiful garden along the river. They were fully equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a quiet air conditioner and powerful wifi. I especially enjoyed cooking breakfast in the kitchen corner by the river, listening to the birds and watching the fishermen across the river. The location was convenient, and I even had the option to borrow bicycles if I wanted to explore further. When it was time to leave, the owner's father gave me a ride to the railway station. I had a lovely stay and felt warmly welcomed by the owner and her family.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming riverside retreat. The location was perfect, nestled amidst greenery and offering fine views of the river. The traditional wooden house was spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and comfortable bedding. We especially loved the Thai breakfast served on the platform with a picturesque river view. The owner was great, making us feel right at home. Despite the narrow access by car, the peacefulness and quietness of the surroundings were unparalleled. we highly recommend this homestay for an authentic and enjoyable experience.

Location right by the river and near markets and food joints. Safe area. Friendly staff helped us plan our stay and get around. Free transportation to train station.
Kitchen tables exposed to sun, too hot from 8am. Difficult to find nearby places to eat.
